1. Service description

Exhaling is a SaaS platform designed for renovation professionals offering: mobile quote creation, AI that learns from your quotes, customisable rate card, visual board, Carla WhatsApp chatbot and PDF sending.

2. Registration and account

• You must provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• You must be over 18 years old to use our services.

3. Plans and billing

• You accept the price and conditions of the selected plan.
• You authorize recurring charges according to the chosen billing cycle.
• You can cancel at any time without penalties.
• No refunds for partial periods.

4. Trial period

We offer a 14-day free trial without requiring a credit card. During this period you will have full access to the features of the selected plan.

5. Intellectual property

Exhaling and all its content are property of Integra Platform, S.L. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform.

6. Data and AI

• You authorize the use of your quotes to train your account's model.
• Your data is not shared with other users.
• You can request deletion of your data at any time.
• AI suggestions are for guidance only.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Valencia, Spain.
