The role
We are looking for a closing-focused sales person to develop the market from Mallorca. The goal is to talk with prospects, understand their situation and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospects (mainly leads generated by the company)
- Run software demos for renovation companies
- Identify needs and tailor the pitch
- Own the sales cycle through to close
- Follow up and work with CRM
- Hit monthly targets
Requirements
- English native or fluent (must-have)
- Spanish fluent (a strong plus)
- Sales experience (closing experience a strong plus)
- Hands-on, fast-moving, results-driven profile
- Comfortable working with SMEs (renovations, construction, freelancers)
- Sales mindset
Conditions
- • Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00–18:00, Friday 9:00–14:00
- • 37 hours per week
- • Permanent contract
- • 3-month probation period
